The machine I've blogged about in my last blog arrived this morning. It is like having a birthday, so exciting. After I've unpacked it, I pluggend it in an immediately the light went on. So far so good. I pushed on the control button and of it went. It is a bit noisy, but when I tool off the faceplate it came instantly claer, it is in need for a lot of oil and grease! I have a quilt to work on, so that has to wait. For now a quick photo of the attachments. I'm very glad there are original screwdrivers with it, I didn't have any yet. Also there is an original Dutch manual. And the electrical cord and plug is Singer original, I'm not sure if it came with the machine in 1951, it is brown, but I wil leave it there, it looks good enough for me. Now back to my quilting assignment.
Have a nice day!
